Day 3 (74-13 61pp

This is not the healthiest day however , one day at a time and I'm still not over my weeklies. I walked 10 miles in total. Done 5 after my parcel from oasis arrived then 2.5 with the dog . Then 2.5 after dinner. 
We went to an Indian restaurant we have never tried before. I hit chicken chaat as it's usually healthier however it came fried in some kind of Indian bread. Had chicken tikka patia and rice with a bit of naan. ( oops just realised I haven't counted naan) I better add that on.  Anyway Tommorrow is a new day and I could of been worse!
