I finally managed to get my weight under 11 stone. My aim is to stay healthy and maintain my new healthy habits .

Calories not points 1707cal
I have recently realised that map my walk is linked to my fitness pal so im going to use my fitness pal for a while. Going to keep my calories at 1810 a day or less when possible. Meaning thatbi can use the map my walk app to keep the calories down.
