Yey healthier day!

Didnt have to go into work until later as I was getting stitches out. Had porridge , honey, cinnamon , blueberry and banana for breakfast. Lunch was a coronation chicken sandwich. Had pasta, pesto , garlic, sundried tomato, pepper, mushroom and heaps of spinach for dinner. Had cheese on top :$ and yummy Costco cupcake for dessert.
