Didnt have to go into work until later as I was getting stitches out. Had porridge , honey, cinnamon , blueberry and banana for breakfast. Lunch was a coronation chicken sandwich. Had pasta, pesto , garlic, sundried tomato, pepper, mushroom and heaps of spinach for dinner. Had cheese on top :$ and yummy Costco cupcake for dessert.
I finally managed to get my weight under 11 stone. My aim is to stay healthy and maintain my new healthy habits .

Sunday 28th
Still not that healthy due to the cider and crisps while watching factor. Went to john lewis and bought a runner for hall with last of wedding vouchers. Had lunch there too. I had Cullen skink soup. Dinner was pasta pesto with sundried tomato, chilli, mushroom and spinach, with cheese on top.

Saturday. 27th omg ! I went mad
I decided this morning that from now on I was going to try and eat as balanced a diet as possible and start taking frolic acid. As I had decided to do this from Tommorrow I literally went crazy drinking and eating! I haven't photographed it all as it was so much. I also had a bounty , mars , crisps sherry! Wine. . . Friday 26th pizza party Friday night
Managed to get temp crown put in this morning at dentist, just popped in on my break. Came back and had a homemade muffin with a tea. Lunch was a flatbread. When I came home I read my book and had a mars with a tea. It was pizza party Friday night and I had half a pizza. Later on I had a few Cointreaus and cranberry and about ten minstrels.

Thursday 25th
Crown fell out when out with dog. Has given me relief though. Had quiche for dinner. Wasn't the kind of quiche I fancied though. I wanted a really thick eggy piece this tesco finest wasn't up to the mark.

Dentist again
Was at the dentist again. Crown doesn't actually fit. It's too high. Very annoying. Had chips while out walking dog then had Ben and Jerry's frozen yoghurt

Meal and cinema
Was off work today. Got up late and had porridge, honey and cinamon. I was hungry like an hour later. Ironed for an hour then had a ham and tomato sandwich followed by two packets of crisps as I was hungry. Ironed all afternoon, took dog out got ready and went to meet husband after work. We went to new street style thai restaurant. We had a sharing platter . For the main I picked a chicken stir fry ( picked the one with most veg) and brown rice. Went to cinema to see before I go to sleep. I had a coffee and icecream there. I would if been reasonably ok today had I not had the crisps!

Went into Aberdeen in morning
Husband was getting car serviced in Aberdeen early this morning. While we waited we went for breakfast. I had a bacon and black pudding roll . We spent some more john Lewis vouchers. Got a frame for a wedding photo so that each anniversary we can take a photo holding previous years photo. Also got a new flask to encourage me to drink green tea. We went to waterstones and I bought this months book club book. First time in long while I've bought an actual book never mind from an actual book store. Sat in Costa where I had the most disgusting version of a caramel frappe. Had meatballs for dinner tonight with two pieces of homemade garlic bread even though there is only 1 pictured. Had icecream with espresso poured over for dessert. Have been drinking ginger tea with honey all day and even had a hot toddy tonight. I'm coming down with the cold.
Friday 19th mole removed
Was off work today. Was tired as I watched some of the referendum in the early hours of the morning. Spent the morning watching coronation st and ordering prints if wedding, hen and honeymoon. Got showered and went to docs to get mole removed from inside thigh. Had cajun chicken salad with Mexican rice for dinner.

Thursday 18th nightmare dental appt
Woke up with a sore jaw after yesterday so had no breakfast. Managed a nice skinny caramel latte when I got to work then a piece of birthday cake at break. Had another dental appt over lunch. It was awful as no anesthetic was used and some of the nerve is still there. I've to go back on Wednesday. Stayed a bit later tonight then went up to asda and had a rushed meat feast wrap. We walked down to polling station to vote in referendum then went for a curry. Had no extras like poppadoms or naan. Even seen the z list celeb himself going into shops etc.
Wednesday 17th sponsored walk
Walked 12 miles on sponsored walk. Then had a dental appt straight after. We had a dominos. Figured I will have burned it off. Only ate half the pizza .

Course after work and weigh day
Went on a course after work so had cheesie beanie for dinner. Also ate the last costco cup cake . Thank god they're gone! Too many calories. Was naughty at lunch and had crisps with my bbq chicken mayo sandwich.

Few unhealthy choices
Went to asda cafe for lunch and chose a pretty fattening sandwich . Dinner was pasta pesto with sundried tomatoes, pepper, shallot and chorizo. Had quarter of a garlic flatbread withit. Resisted the other quarter. Dessert was a Costco cupcake which I think us 760 cal!

Costco goodies
Joined costco again today. We were members a few years ago but have been meaning to return. I had a tuna melt before we headed out . We picked up costco cupcakes! Omg I had one when we got home with a coffee. Yum yum yum. I wrote out addresses on thank you envelopes. Spoke to friend while walking dog. We had costco enchiladas which were massive. We went a walk to post the letters and I had a packet of crisps.

Posting late into next morning
Lazy morning in bed reading. Wrote out thank you cards all afternoon. Lunchvwasca cheese, pesto and sundried tomato panini. Followed by coffee and a piece of mars cake. Husband made jambalaya while I was walking the dog. Had it with yoghurt and jalapeƱos. Actually had second helpings. Had two ciders, one in the afternoon and the other watching xfactor. Up late watching last orange is the new black so far.

Stovies for dinner
Went to friends after school for a cup of tea and to pick up tickets for a play. Got inspiration to make stovies ( I made it with sausage and some haggis - not the healthiest) walked the dog 3 miles

No lunch today
Had another quick breakie. No lunch as I went to choir at lunch. Popped in to friends after school and they were having burgers for dinner with a Caribbean creole sauce. So that inspired me to make burgers ( venison) and I also made the sauce which was a lovely sauce but not with burgers. I had 5 oreo truffles. Walked dog for 3 miles

The point of no return . . . Not this time
So I was on a very slippery slope and I've went from under 11 stone to 11.7 and the scales actually tipped 11.10 last night! I have been empowered by a memory of a day years ago when I'd lost weight then it started to creep back up and it was always the diet starts Tommorrow. I went on a course so was dressed casually and had a really nice lemon coloured cardigan on. It was supposed to be a fresh start and I started with a coffee at a vending machine and a Special K breakfast bar. Anyway I ended up going out for a meal for dinner and that set me off for the rest of the night - another bad day. I always think back to that morning when I felt so good even though a few pounds had crept back on and think that's the day I should of taken control. The morning started off promising that meal out didn't have to add on a stone.
Anyway today was that day! This time I can change the outcome though. I started off with a tea and eat natural mini bar . Banana for break ( I'd started the old habit of having a biscuit with my tea a few mornings ) . I grabbed a pesto chicken flatbread for lunch as we were getting photographed at work during lunch. I had a dental appt after work so couldn't eat until late . Husband had made some deep fried honey chilli chicken for dinner. I walked the dog for three miles while the anesthetic wire off then ate the chicken he had made ( without rice ). I had a coffee and three oreo truffles. I made the truffles last night as an excuse just to eat more.
I have a big if toothache tonight :( however I was. 11.5 3/4 when I stood on the scales tonight!
